Petty Knife

Crafted for precision and everyday versatility, the Petty Knife is a compact utility blade ideal for smaller kitchen tasks—from slicing fruit and vegetables to delicate prep work. The blade is handmade in Solingen, Germany by a family of knife makers whose craft dates back to 1790, using durable stainless steel with excellent edge retention (HRC 57) for reliable sharpness.

The handle is made entirely in the UK from post-consumer plastic waste, transforming the equivalent of 112 plastic bottles into a durable and distinctive material. Because the waste source varies depending on what is collected, each handle features unique color variations—making every knife a one-of-a-kind piece.
