Santoku Knife

The Santoku is Allday Goods’ cult-favourite, all-rounder kitchen knife. Inspired by the Japanese classic, the blade is designed for versatility—ideal for slicing, dicing, and mincing. Made from stainless steel (X50CrMoV15) with excellent edge retention and hardness, the blade is handmade in Solingen, Germany by a family of knife makers whose craft dates back to 1790.

The handle is made entirely in the UK from post-consumer plastic waste, transforming the equivalent of 175 plastic bottles into a durable and distinctive material. Because the waste source changes depending on what is collected, each handle features unique color variations—making every knife one of a kind.
