Store Return Policy:

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase, and it is our policy to provide the highest level of service to our valued customers. Please note that all returns are subject to our return policy, and all decisions regarding returns or exchanges are at the discretion of Store Management.
In Store Purchase Return Policy:
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 days return policy from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unopened, sealed, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was purchased.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt) is required.
- All products marked as final sale, clearance, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If eligible, returns will be processed for a refund to the original form of payment or, at your preference, a store credit for future purchases.
- Goodee does not provide price adjustments on previous purchased merchandise.
- Online purchases can not be returned in store. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.
